To protect your information, we use a service that allows payment with cards from any bank.
You can pay for your order with cash upon delivery. A cash on delivery fee is added to the order total: +2% +20 UAH.
This payment method requires a minimum prepayment of 300 UAH, which is credited toward the total item cost.
Return and Exchange Terms
You can exchange and return items in proper condition within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order.
Item exchange and return is possible if the item has not been used, its appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, and original packaging are preserved, and if there is a document confirming the purchase.

- Within Ukraine, exchanges are possible through Nova Poshta carrier services according to company rates.
- Outside Ukraine, exchanges are handled through state or private carriers at the customer’s expense.
